It took a while, but I was finally offered a discount on a purchase.
The package of extra screws is way too expensive, so the discount made the purchase price acceptable.

I'll start with what kept me from giving 5 stars. I watched EVERY Muzata LED video on YouTube. No instructions were included except for the remote functions. I had to contact customer support to figure it out, like: do the strip arrows go to or away from the power supply. How do I attach the waterproof strips (adhesive tape not included). Then I find out Silicone Primer is needed to adhere the tape. No listing of the power supply plug SIZE needed to get the proper power supply, which you don't sell. There are two plug sizes on Amazon. There was confusion on the U108 channels. Do they seat into the first notch in the clip or are they to be fully seated in the mounting clip. The remote range is poor. Having said all of that, the finished product is well worth the installation aggravation. They look amazing!
Muzata LED 回复2024-01-12
Dear Customer,
Thank you very much for sharing your experience and providing feedback. We appreciate your time spent watching our Muzata LED videos on YouTube. We apologize for any inconvenience you faced during the installation process.
We understand that the lack of comprehensive instructions, issues with arrow direction, adhesive tape for waterproof strips, and missing information about the power supply plug size were frustrating. We are actively addressing these concerns and continuously working to enhance our product information and user manuals.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the confusion with U108 channels and the limited remote range. We take these points seriously and will strive to improve these aspects for a smoother experience in the future.
We are glad to hear that, despite the challenges, you find the finished product well worth the installation aggravation and that the lights look amazing. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to making necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for our customers.
Thank you for choosing our product, and please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns.
Best regards,
Muzata

Just added the Muzata LED Diffuser channels to my kitchen and I love how they came out! The install was pretty easy and they got rid of the spotting effect I was getting reflected onto my countertops. They are super sleek and I am happy with how they look in my space.

Advertising was not correct. It's been since September 11,2023 and yet to receive my items when it says 4-7 days.
I have contacted your company for answers and response times are long (days).
I will never purchase from you again

We aim at providing best quality and after-sale service, sincerely apologize for your unhappy shopping experience.
As it is the peak season, the shipping may take longer than before, but we will definitely forward this issue to the carrier to make sure our customers have the best experience.
Because our AC1T LED light is 【Pre-sale】products, we need about two weeks to arrange the item and ship it out. Sorry for the delay and unpleasant experience.
Don’t worry,we are here and willing to do all our possibilities to help you out!

Quality construction, well packaged, many effects out of the box with the supplied remote and controller module, just add a power brick. Remote offers many features including speed, brightness, direct colors, effects and auto cycling. Suggest a few amp/12volt power supply and unwinding from reel before testing to prevent overheating. Effects best viewed on straight lengths when mounting LED tape. Many Arduino, ESP32 and other microcontrollers can be added for more exacting control.
