Edit April 03 Thank you for sending your informations. What I see is that you are a customer and an independant distributor with us since January 26. What happened to you ? I have been looking at your requests to the support as a customer and I don't see any trouble : - January 2026 : you were blocked because our security system suspected a possible fraud. It was not and you were unblocked the same day. - February 2026 : You asked to change the dates of your hotel booking. It was not possible (no availability) then, following your request, we cancelled it and you were refunded the same day. - March 2026 : despite the fact that you checked on different platforms the availability of your booking, it was not. Our Support agents took contact with the hotel and they received the confirmation that they had an electrical problem. We didwhat was needed to get you fully refunded (confirmed the day after). For any reason, you decided to stop paying your membership and I don't see any message regarding this subject on the Support's tickets. It appears that, instead of any explanations, you directly decided to let a 1 star review here! Strange way of acting! As a Distributor, the question is : why did you decide to join ? And a second question is : did you ever read the FAQ in which you can get many legal informations, including what the difference is between us and an illegal pyramidal system? I guess not, obviously. In any case, the Support Department remains at your disposal if ever you get any questions. Initial response: Thank you for this review. Unfortunately, it is completely unfounded, unless you can provide some evidence to back up your claims. We’d be happy to hear it! We’re used to these baseless reviews, most often created by unscrupulous competitors who, unable to compete with us, post defamatory reviews without any concrete evidence. But yes, it’s beautiful and it’s true—but above all, please understand that this isn’t for you… because it’s clearly not for people like you.

Perhaps you are simply one of those competitors—often operating illegally—posting here with a new profil just created in purpose, whose only recourse is to make defamatory statements based on no real experience. We are glad you are not one of us, as we absolutely do not condone this way of doing business.
