I’ve been using the Travel Advantage platform for the past five months, and my experience has been excellent.In just a few bookings, I’ve already saved more than $1,300, which has made a real difference to my travel budget.
What has impressed me even more is the customer support. Every time I’ve had a question, the team responded quickly, professionally, and was genuinely helpful. It’s reassuring to know that someone is there to assist whenever needed.
One experience really stood out. During my most recent hotel stay in Weymouth, the receptionist told me that three different agents had contacted the hotel to confirm my reservation before I arrived. That level of follow-up and attention to detail gave me great confidence that Travel Advantage truly cares about its members and their travel experience.
What makes this even more exciting is that Travel Advantage is not just a travel platform.It’s also a business opportunity. I love being able to recommend something I personally use and trust, while building an additional income around a product that brings real value to people’s lives.
All the products and services that they sell are overpriced so I decided to cancel the subscription. Despite me cancelling the subscription and them confirming its cancelled the money still gets deducted. They ask you to email their support team in order to cancel but no email gets sent back to say its cancelled, then you reach out on their whatsapp support and they confirm its cancelled however the money is still being deducted. An absolute disgrace.

Thank you for your review. We regret that this situation caused frustration. That said, the description in your review appears to overstate the situation and does not fully reflect the documented timeline.
We do not agree with the claim that our services are overpriced. Travel Advantage is built to provide members with access to competitive travel rates by applying low margins to wholesale prices. As with any travel platform, final prices may vary depending on destination, dates, availability, supplier conditions, taxes, fees, and promotions.
Concerning cancellation, no justification is required from members. You may cancel according to our terms, and your membership remains active for the period already paid.
In this case, your last payment was made on May 28, 2026, and the amount was refunded on June 28, 2026. We acknowledge that the June 25 date mentioned in our previous message was incorrect, and we apologize for that error.
Your account cancellation and refund have been processed. The situation is therefore clear and resolved.

it's a scam...they make you pay a subscription and promise you cheap vacations, money and etc. In reality the vacations are more expensive than at other travel agencies, the paid subscription turns into some points with which you pay for certain vacations imposed by them, expensive vacations. They promise a lot, but in reality 90% of what they say is false...and you are left with 120 USD per month

These rates are generally achieved by applying lower margins to wholesale travel prices, although prices may vary depending on destination, dates, availability, provider rules, taxes, service fees, promotional offers, and market conditions.
Thousands of customers have used our platform to access competitive travel rates and reduce the cost of their bookings. However, savings are not identical for every booking and depend on the trip selected, the timing of the search, availability, and external provider conditions.
The customer membership should not be confused with the independent reseller opportunity. The membership gives access to travel services, travel credits, loyalty points, and potential savings. First, this is NOT retaliation, just my experience with the customer support team and the fact this company would not offer a positive resolution! This company appears to prioritize profits over finding reasonable solutions for dissatisfied customers. It became very clear that they were unwilling to work toward a fair and positive resolution. Their customer service experience was extremely disappointing — not only was it difficult to reach someone for assistance, but when contact was finally made, no meaningful effort or effective solution was offered to resolve the issue.

Thank you for your review, which unfortunately appears to stem from a desire for retaliation. You have, in fact, taken care not to explain why you are dissatisfied. Let us set the record straight.
You voluntarily registered on April 25, 2026, and agreed to our terms and policies, as well as to the notice regarding the 14-day cancellation period, a screenshot of which was sent to you. In other words, and since you have repeatedly reminded us that you have 25 years of professional experience, you know that you were eligible for a full refund within that timeframe. However, you submitted your request on May 20, 2026, nearly a month later.
What you are unhappy about is that we are applying our rules. Otherwise, why write them and require their approval? We therefore did not grant your refund request after the deadline.
To justify your request, you tell us that you have not used our services. Nothing obliges you to do so. Our obligation is to provide you with access to them, not to force you to use them. You would rather not take responsibility for a decision you made freely.
Aware that your request is not valid, you proposed negotiating for half the refund. That is not how we operate.
We understand your frustration, but we have much less understanding for the method you have used to try to make it appear as though we are untrustworthy, as you expressed in your email of May 27, 2026.
We have always responded to your requests on this matter, and you have not been able to provide anything that could justify making an exception to our rules.

This company is the best what could happen to me. I might sound cheesy but I was waiting for it all my life. For many years I was building my career: got 3 higher degrees, worked in Accenture, Google, UNDP, Microsoft but found myself with a limited salary and bosses that try to screw me. *** BEWARE***Absolute scammers. Beware this pyramid scheme. Do not part with your money. My poor mother fell for it and signed up. We have not been able to get her money back . When she left a review she received the most unprofessional sarcastic response. The only positive reviews on her are written by the companies duped “ambassadors”
Trust Pilot please do something about this. So many people being scammed it’s heartbreaking. Impossible to get your money back , they think it’s acceptable to just charge your credit card fraudulently.

Could you explain why you believe we are a pyramid scheme that should be illegal, assuming that is what you mean? If that were the case, do you really think we would have been operating in the market for more than 13 years without any penalty or legal action from any authority?
Regarding your “poor mother,” could you provide us with more information so that we can review the case?

I am sure that people find value in it
I am sure that people find value in it. Somewhere. For us, we found very little value in the discounts as we were unable to utilize much of them. We had believed that we could use MWR for Volleyball tournaments, but the stay and play discounts were better than any MWR Life discounts. We had signed up to be ambassadors. Guess what - everyone we know who may have been interested is already signed up. On top of that, anyone else we approached said "this is just another pyramid scheme" and turned their nose up at us. We were unable to fill our funnel despite having promises from uplines to help.
When inquiring about cancelling our account, we got crickets. I feel like it is the Hotel California - You can check out but you can never leave.
There is little to no discount on airfare "because of the laws in the United States". By the time you add up the monthly charges, it would be better to just book the hotels. Also, you are limited in how you can apply points, which can get very confusing at times.
I cannot speak to the customer service because we haven't had any yet, despite reaching out to our upline, the Group Chat we are in, and even on the website.
Again, there may be value in MWR Life for people. We just don't see it.

We understand that you didn't get what you were expecting for, and we're sorry about that.
Regarding the possible discounts on our Travel Advantage platform, we are generally cheaper because, by design, we apply very low markups to the prices our wholesalers provide us. A recent TV show was showing 1000 euros of savings for a hotel in Roma compared with regular prices and our daily comparisons are 90% of the time in our favor. However, competition is fierce, and we don't claim to be able to consistently compete against prices that are sometimes heavily discounted.
You wanted to become Ambassadors but were unsuccessful. It is, of course, frustrating to sometimes face unfounded objections based solely on preconceived notions. However, this is common, and we understand that there is a certain mistrust of this business model due to scams that have unfortunately significantly tarnished the market.
With more than 13 years we’ve been in the market, we’ve built a strong reputation, but there will always be the target of haters or so-called influencers (or so-called journalists) trying to create a buzz by spreading nonsense about anyone and everyone.
It is unfortunate that you did not receive the support you were hoping for from your upline. I hope you were able to explain the reasons for your cancellation to them.
Canceling your account is very simple. Just send an email to customer support, and they’ll confirm it right away. If you haven’t received anything, it’s probably because you didn’t follow the correct procedure.
It is indeed difficult to get discounts on airline tickets. That is the airlines’ policy. However, we added this service to our platform at our customers’ request because using travel credits (with no limit) and loyalty points generally allows them to significantly reduce prices.
Finally, our Support Team is available 24/7 and does not rely on uplines or any discussion groups. You can contact them directly via email, phone, chat, WhatsApp… but it seems you did not receive the correct information despite the tools such as the FAQ or the Academy made available to you for free.
