Thank you so much for your review! We’re thrilled to hear you loved the set and that K18002 met your expectations. We’re sorry about the delay in shipping. Typically, international shipping takes 10-15 business days. However, your order was a special case as it was placed right before China’s National Holiday (October 1-7), when all shipping agencies are closed. This caused a longer shipping time than usual. We appreciate your understanding and patience and hope you continue to enjoy your set!

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the missing pieces in your set. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially with unique colors. We’d be happy to help resolve this for you by providing replacements for the missing parts. Please email us with the specific pieces and quantities needed, and we’ll get them sent out to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience, and we hope you enjoy the rest of your build!
