Great Service
They keep charging me after I wanted to…
They keep charging me after I wanted to cancel. They HAVE NO WAY TO CANCEL YOURSELF. I question the legality of this. The only way to cancel is to contact support. That is what I did. It took me 6 times to get a confirmation that they would cancel. After a month, I just got an invoice and they are charging me again.

Hello Gerry, This is to inform you that, We have investigated your issue and we found the error in Merchant account end, that was the reason you have been charged from our side. As per the plan, the renewal was 4.99 USD you were charged 1 USD we have made sure that you were refunded that amount. To cancel the service option that we have already added to our all customer account. scroll down the screen page you can find it on the right side of the corner canceled toggle button. if a customer was not able to cancel subscription on their own then we do from our side . for further inquiries, you can contact [email protected]

no refund policy late response, after a few days, if you have a problem

We would like to let you know that the service get deactivate in 30 days, as you have not used our service for a single day. So, we have refunded the amount which you have been charged.
