It is a longer process. Incredible customer service, after a confusing email I got a quick response to my questions. I’m very excited for my order to arrive!
After four months I have not received my order and they will not refund me. I have confirmed my address with them numerous times. They’re using some “delivery courier” that no one in this country has even heard of. Both times they returned to sender as undeliverable/insufficient address even though my address has been correct both times, and I’ve been at home. Do not order from them. I’m inclined to believe the reviews on here are fake. There is another review website with TONS of people reporting that they never received their package. They have almost a 1 star rating, and it would probably be 0 if it could be.

When making my order, I was not sure if the picture of my pet that I used was successfully added. I got an almost immediate response as well as image of what my order would look like. I was ecstatic.
