Helpful and responsive customer service! When I initially received my order, it was not to my liking because the image was discolored and dark on the socks. I contacted customer service via email and they got back to me within 24 hours offering to redo and replace the socks. I would only be responsible for the shipping costs. After some questions about why I would still be responsible for the shipping costs, the customer service agent, Elsie, was very patient and explained in detail the information and answers to my questions (which made complete sense!). This is my 3rd order from them and I’ll continue to order more!

I had an issue that I asked customer service to help me fix as soon as I placed my order. Elsie and Diana were quick to meet my needs and assist in correcting my issue. I appreciate their help in getting my order fixed as soon as possible since this was a Father’s Day gift.

The company is very friendly. They are very good experience with making the bobbleheads. The bobbleheads really look like the person on the picture I sent them.

They offer a fraudulent 50% off coupon

They offer a 50% off coupon on t-mobile tuesday and when they started to get orders they removed the promo code section. They also advertise a 15% off coupon for entering your personal information but then they don't send the code. Even if you were to get it, there's no place to enter. Total scam, violation of consumer pricing laws, & dishonest advertising. I would avoid if I were you.

Prompt service & good quality

There was confusion with my order initially but the customer service team were very attentive and accommodating, they did their best to address the issue promptly and I was happy with the final product. The dolls were very good quality.

Perfect Experience

Ordered a Hawaiian shirt with mine and my sister’s face on it for a Father’s Day present and it arrived today. The fabric is better than expected, feels like it will be light and breezy in the hot Florida sun. Colors are vivid and the photo quality is top notch, no pixelating or bleeding at all, looks just like the photos we sent in and came out very clear. MyHawaiianShirts had outstanding customer service with quick responses in 24 hours or less, and they even allowed us to submit two different photos so we could get both our faces on the shirt evenly distributed. The whole team was very kind and made the proofing process fast and easy. Shipping was also pretty good, only taking about 2 weeks to arrive after we selected the VIP option for production, with basic shipping speed. Overall great product, great staff and great experience for a fair price. Can’t wait for Fathers Day!

Socks misprinted and they offered me 10% refund

UPDATE: After going back and forth MyFaceSocks customer service, they said that this mistake was because the image was "hand-cut" by their team, not "computer cut," so the printing wouldn't be as the preview. That makes absolutely zero sense. I am the one that uploaded and cropped the image before I submitted it, so I don't know why they would go back and "hand-cut" it. As a business owner, I feel they are passing the buck to consumers and not delivering a product that is as advertised. Their company is literally about printing faces on material items. They clearly haven't figured out how to do that if they are having issues such as these and refusing to take credit for their mistake. =========== I ordered socks as a goodbye gift for my team when switching jobs. The socks were not only misprinted (there were only 5 heads on each sock, not the 10 they guaranteed), there was at least one head on each sock that was cone-headed - like it got stretched in the printing. The socks looked ridiculous and had a vast amount of dead space with no image. When I contacted customer service, they offered me a 10% refund because they "couldn't resell the socks." I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from them. They seemed like a viable company with all their publicity. I guess it goes to show that big names don't mean great products.

Shirt and dress are perfect! I had emailed a question regarding the quality of the photos I submitted and they sent me proofs to approve prior to creating. Response time was fast, amazing customer service. Will 100% order again.
