Hi! We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your dog's results. It's important to note that our test is designed to identify potential sensitivities and should not be compared directly with allergy testing, veterinary diagnoses, or elimination diet outcomes. Sensitivity is just one possible factor that may contribute to symptoms, and there can be other underlying causes that our testing is not designed to detect. As with all sensitivity testing, some items that may be associated with symptoms in your dog may not appear on the report due to the limitations of the testing methodology. Equally, a result showing no sensitivity to a particular item should not be interpreted as ruling out allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, or other causes of symptoms. We always recommend that pet owners continue to work with their veterinarian regarding any ongoing health concerns and use our results as a complementary wellness tool rather than a diagnostic test. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that the service did not meet your expectations.
