Incredibly poor quality - photo came like printer ran out of ink. Lengthy discussion with the company who refused to replace or refund. Had to dispute through PayPal.

digital hologram box
I bought 2 of the digital hologram engraved dog box for 40 a piece plus add ons. My package had shipping issues from the beginning due to bad shipers went back to there wherehouse twice then I had to pay 10 for it to reship only for them to lose it in the mail again and have to remake it and when it arrived the quality was poor the parts didn't fit together well at all the grass patch was oversized the wood base chipped immediately and the frame doesn't fit in it at all Plus they didn't engrave one of them fully and the videos suck in terms of what's shown and how. the website doesn't specify almost anything about what it requires or actually does it functionally ruined my anniversary

If i could would give this company a -0 star i would i ordered a keyring purpose to look like my dog $29.99 so I ordered two, I only received one and it looks nothing like my dog and they charged $70. When I contacted customer service and explained what happened they just keep sending me the help page like that does anything. They refuse to help me.i would not tell anybody to use this company very misleading. The keyring i received is so small,it must be a 1/18 of a inch for $70.if i could i would send a Pic of the poor job they did.
