I found myxborder on google when i looked up for warehouse in India. after checking all reviews and how it works i finally tried it, and i must say i dont regret it at all! they are very nice, smooth, and helpful to me. i send books from India to Indonesia and they update everything, from when the books arrived, preparing to ship and when they ship. i asked a lot of things and they answered it all, explaining things to me. theyre also pretty open with how they handle it. the package safely arrived with box, properly sealed at front and bubble wrap inside. they sent me videos during packaging so i get rest assured everything is fine. if you wanna try using their service from India to Indonesia, you can definitely try. a note to those who wanted to use their service: just be patient and follow up nicely. they will update you regularly.

Very inefficient internal operations and arbitrary requirements I have used this service twice to ship medical supplies, and both experiences were frustrating due to slow administrative handling. While the partner courier (FedEx) handles the actual transit reliably, this company’s backend creates major bottlenecks. Key issues encountered: Inconsistent & Unwarranted Demands: On my second shipment of similar non-hazardous, solid items containing zero liquids, gases, or chemicals, they suddenly demanded an MSDS / 16-point SDS. When I checked directly with FedEx customs clearance, FedEx confirmed the goods could ship first and documentation would only be needed if customs requested it. Forcing an SDS for non-chemical goods makes little sense and halted the process entirely. Administrative Delays: Basic communication and processing drag on for days with poor internal support. Broken Payment Methods: The website advertises PayNow as an option, but it does not work at checkout. Redirection Costs & Delays: Due to the standstill, I had to pay an extra 1,000 INR on 23/9 to redirect my parcel to another freight forwarder, and it is still pending handoff. Be aware of the potential hidden costs, rigid desk checks, and delays before using their forwarding service. Edit: Despite paying for the parcel redirection on 23/9 AM , the pickup was only scheduled on 24/9, as at 25/9 the parcel is still with them, pick up wrongly scheduled as per status. I would strongly encourage you to avoid this company at all cost

The product weight was 12.35 and i was asked to pay for weight of 13.05kg, i was never given any receipt from fedex about the weight. That made a difference in the sum i had budgeted for the books. Am really very disappointed about this issue of weight and that excess money which i was charged. Else the communication was good.

I placed an order with amazon India. Item was sent to my and delivered I received delivery status from amazon it was handed to receptionist. I asked for all my shopping to be sent together. When I checked in uk 1 item was missing. I contacted them they said item not delivered but amazon said they handed to receptionist. My x border said not delivered clearly not honest as a result I didn't receive all my shopping. Now I will have to pay again if I want it delivered. I am very disappointed.
