Hi Michael, we understand your frustration and want to help resolve this ownership concern. However, for security reasons, we must follow the formal ICANN dispute process. Since the domain moved from another registrar to our platform, the investigation must be triggered by that registrar after they verify your identity. We have outlined these steps in our continued ticket updates. As soon as that registrar reaches out to our team, we will be able to move forward with the next steps. -name.com
Hello, we understand having access to clear financial documentation is crucial, and we want to ensure you can easily access and print the order statements you need. A copy is emailed to the registrant's email after each transaction, but this information can also be obtained through the name.com account: https://www.name.com/support/articles/205934917-viewing-downloading-and-printing-order-statements . If you have any additional questions or feedback, please reach out to us directly at [email protected]. -name.com
