Name Tag Country

Hello. We're sorry to hear that you aren't pleased with your name tag. We GUARANTEE your satisfaction with your order and our products. Did you attempt to contact us about your purchase? Please contact us at 800-206-4099 so that we can make this right for you. Also, we go to great lengths to ensure that we provide our customers with accurate descriptions of all our products, and we try to provide all information necessary so that our customers can make informed purchase decisions. We would love your input regarding how the product was not as advertised or described.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. When we replied to your email regarding the review process, we explained that we direct customers to Google because it is the platform most people consult when evaluating a business. The requirement to have a Google account is Google’s policy, not ours, and participation is completely optional. That said, we are genuinely disappointed that your review focuses solely on Google’s review requirements rather than on the service and product you received from us. Our goal is to provide a positive customer experience from start to finish, and if there was anything about the actual service we provided that did not meet your expectations, we would truly welcome the opportunity to address that directly. We value your business and are always here to help if you have any further concerns.
