We’re sorry for the frustration this has caused. As stated in our policy, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel orders once they’re placed, as processing begins immediately. We understand this might feel like a complicated route, but receiving the order and returning it is currently the only option we’re able to offer—we would have gladly accepted it back and issued a refund.
