Mr. Spitler We are truly sorry for the frustration you experienced with tracking your order. Because you chose to check out as a guest, our system automatically withheld promotional and shipping updates based on your privacy preferences. We’d love to provide you with full order updates in the future! Please open an account on our website so we can easily keep you in the loop on your next purchase. NTW Customer Service Team.

We apologize for the delay. We did not know that there was an issue. After reviewing the tracking it states that there was a weather delay for several days. The tracking shows that it was delivered. We have sent you a message to verity that you did receive the items. Again we apologize the the issue and delay. NTW Customer Service Team

Mr. Inabnet We are sorry that you feel like you were deceived, but the header clearly state: STS Matco 16V Style Charger Holder Plate HOLDER and in the description is clearly states Charger no included. We do not show that you reached out to return the item for credit. We will send you an RGA to return the item for a refund. NTW Customer Service Team
We are sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience with your purchase. After investigating the matter, we found that the order was placed prior to an account being created, thus causing your order to not appear under your profile. We are available to discuss the matter further, should you have additional questions or concerns. We see that you order was delivered to you, if you have any additional issues you can contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
