Bought four gallons of a product on Sunday, three arrived Wednesday, with an email from supplier that FedEx had damaged one. Wanted to know if I wanted a refund or replacement for the lost item, I asked for replacement. It was here on Friday. Very Happy, Great service! Very competitively priced.

Pricing was great BUT...
Pricing was great. Order processing changed original ship to address to the "bill to." Cost an extra $20 to get the box to the correct place.
