Stop using FedEx to ship. I ordered my tools almost 2 weeks ago and have yet to see them.
We apologize for the delay. We did not know that there was an issue. After reviewing the tracking it states that there was a weather delay for several days. The tracking shows that it was delivered. Your sponsored ad for a charger plate is deceptive. I was under the impression that I was ordering a charger, not the magnetic backing plate I have zero use for.

I made a $300+ purchase and recieved an email with a link to view my order online. I clicked on the link and it shows my name and information and shows that i have not made any orders. They charged my card but lost my order. I had a bad feeling buying from these indpendent companies instead on the speed and security of Amazon. I took a chance and lost. Now i have to go through all the BS of contacting my credit card company to get my stolen money back. They took my money then disregarded the entire order like they are legally allowed to just steal online. Thank God you Chses Manhatten. I would be screwed. Going to place my order with Amazon where i am guarranteed to not have any problems like this.
