Hard to find items like gripedge alien sets …
The gripedge alien key set is very hard to find NTW had it cheaper than the gripedge website and shipping was very fast 2 sooner than expected thanks my first order many more in the future

Amazing shipping speed!
Tools were not only a fantastic price but were as described. Most amazingly of all was the shipping speed. Ordered on Friday 7:20am and received(THE NEXT DAY) @ 11:30am! I know I live in the same state as this facility but still amazing. Have ordered from here before but will most definitely, when required, will order from here again. Thank you very much!

How do these guys not have a perfect 5…
How do these guys not have a perfect 5 stars? They are the fastest shippers I’ve ever experienced with the possible exception of Zoro (it’s about a tie). Their prices are usually the best, and, when you call customer service, you get an American who speaks English. I’ve bought scan tools and high end tools down to bit ratchets from them. It’s a consistently great experience.

Starting right from my original search for vinyl paint, everything was clear, smooth and efficient. Surprisingly quick shipping and well packaged items arrived at my door faster than expected. The paint is pricey, but their price was more reasonable than anywhere else. Highly recommend.
Great customer service
We have ordered from this company several times now. Our experience has been great. They are readily available each time I have called or emailed with questions. A real person actually picks up the phone! The prices are very competitive and customer service is fantastic. We had an issue with a product that was damaged during the shipping process & National Tool Warehouse sent us a replacement right away. The only negative that I have found, is that they don't always have the same items in stock that we have ordered previously.
