Melissa, thank you for taking the time providing feedback and your kind review....
Thank you so much for your review! We’re thrilled to hear that you had an overall positive experience and that the bus was clean and your driver was calm, helpful, and easy to work with — that’s exactly the level of service we strive to provide. We also truly appreciate you bringing the dashboard warning lights to our attention. Safety is our top priority, and concerns like this are taken very seriously. We are following up with our operations and maintenance teams to ensure the vehicle is thoroughly inspected and that any issues are addressed immediately. Thank you again for choosing us and for sharing your feedback — it helps us continue to improve. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future!
