The company claims to be shipping from a warehouse in Victoria but the tracking information is clearly from china so I guess this is doing drop shipping but also really deliberately lying about it?
Product might still be fine but that’s a pretty big red flag

We only have the Mini Airbrushes and the VisionAid Magnifiers in stock in our Australian warehouse. There are many reviews from our Australian customers who confirm fast delivery.
However, if you purchased other products including spare parts then we will ship them from our Hong Kong warehouse with fast shipping service and the packages usually get delivered within 5-11 working days.

Fair price for the product. Reviews reflect the product well. Clear information about shipping, with the product arriving on time. Respons fast to questions, (keep your spam folder in mind tough ;-)). Questions answered correctly in good english.
Downside would be the mails when you don't check out when you put items in your basket.
I bought a neat and handy airbrush and after a few minutes of use, it stopped working. No amount of cleaning would get it to work. I believe the needle is bent. I reached out to Customer service and got one response but have been sending emails and calling them for nearly a month and have not received a reply or any help.
UPDATE: After the company saw my review, they followed up and sent a new air brush that works fine.

Aggressive marketing. They keep harassing me through email and text messages to make a purchase. It's better to go and buy from Amazon than this company.
I got that neat little airbrush and it is quiet. I was happy about that. My wife was too. lol
For extra details like needle size and such, it is the same as others for those details. But I didn't need anything extravagant.
