Why won't you answer me about my order I put in in June. Have been writing to you for so long now . Is this the way you rip people off I'm a pensioner and I can't afford to lose my money, I want a full refund so I can order from someone else. Pam Powell
Offer a 30 day refund make it difficult
Offer a 30 day refund. I emailed before product was sent to cancel. No reply. Email after sent no reply. Email after reviving. No reply. Comment on a Facebook add and was asked to message so they can chase up no reply. Product sent from Australia but only return options to send to usa address which costs a lot more and also difficult without providing a local phone number. Really disappointed in this interaction.

I ordered a new airbrush needle on 18th May. It was sent and dispatched. Evri lost the parcel. John from customer services sorted my issue. The first airbrush we bought from neatandhandy is excellent. The new needle works as intended. Recommended.
On the magnifier classes
On the magnifier classes, the led light didn't work. Contacted provided email and john responded. I responded to him and was ghosted. I tried by email again and still crickets. The magnifier works OK (although depth of focus and convergence is rather narrow) but the rechargeable light, which I paid extra for, doesn't work. I just wanted it fixed. Appears that if you get a good one, you're OK, if not you're SOL.
I’m not happy at all
I’m not happy at all. IIRC I’ve sent an email about this already. The optics are terrible and I can’t think of anyone being able to have any use for this magnifier. I therefore want to send it back with a full refund and free shipping. Zero respons!!!

Cordless Airbrush/compressor
Hi. I've read some of the reviews regarding the battery issues with the airbrush compressor. I've had mine almost 18 months and paid for the extra batteries. I've had no trouble at all. In fact didn't expect the product to be that good compared to a compressor and costly airbrush, but, iv just painted my 1:48 spitfire with it and the results are great. Thank you.

I have found the magnified glasses very good. Certainly makes doing my tapestry easier identifying the different colours of threads. At first I thought they were a little uncomfortable, but soon got used to them.

I tried to order one pair of the $38.00 model and when I went to pay my order was switched to two pair of the $31.00 model and the cost was bumped up to $56.00. To hell with this scammer. And, then, they aggressively emailed me wondering why I didn't complete my order. The first time this happened, I thought it might have been a glitch, but, no, it happened again the second time.
19 days and no product
Ordered on 1/4/26. Still waiting for it to ship. Customer service responded on 1/18/26, and said I’d hear from the warehouse in a 1-2 days. It is now 1/23/26 and there has been no communication.

I always value highly my shopping experience with Neat and Handy. Why? Because their products are a delight to receive and to use. I have their new Cleaning Paintpot; great quality and easy to use. Also most recently received was their new spray gun with upgraded nozzles. Again, great quality product and I now have even finer pinpoint control of how I apply paint to the 1/72nd, 1.48th and 1.32nd scale plastic model aircraft that I love to build. Neat and Handy has been my buddy all the way through my middle-building career. Love these guys. Every product is a winner.

Vision magnifier and paint brush set
Kept up to date when goods were dispatched, in transit, and out for delivery. Was a bit worried as I thought the delivery was incomplete but final package arrived soon after. Again I could track it right to delivery. Not used the vision magnifier or brushes yet but looking forward to starting modelling in a few weeks
Think twice before buying!
Not worked from day one.Has not even had paint in it as it was tested with water. Just will not pull liquid through to spray. Took it to an experienced modeller (who has been using airbrushes for years) and they couldn’t get it to work.i sent a video of the problem, as requested by customer service, and that was the last I heard from them! Such a shame as I was really excited to start using an airbrush. I was going to use the company as they seem to have some nice products, but this experience has made me go elsewhere. Shame! N.B . Update. They finally got back to me, asked me to test again, which I did. Same result, not working. And now, once again, they have gone silent. So frustrating! N.B . Update No2. So they finally got back to me and agreed to send a “replacement “ . However, they seemed to have replaced the airbrush only which I don’t think was the problem. Not only that, but the added adapter/quick release part they added, does not fit the base/compressor unit!?!. This would be comical if it wasnt inept! I have never dealt with such a non customer caring company before. I am seeking advice in this matter.

I had an issue with the portable generator for my airbrush. I contacted customer support and sent a video of the issue. I got a reply withing a few days and a new part was sent to me without any inconvenience. I’m more than pleased with the product and the support. /Simon

Ordered 26th March and still waiting for delivery no answer to E-mail or Phone calls, Awful Customer Service, I will certainly not be dealing with "Neat and Handy" ever again! Can't wait until the 26th April so my Credit Card Company can issue them a Charge Back. Avoid!

Fully charged battery only lasts under 10 minutes
I’m having an issue with the Mini Airbrush With Compact Compressor - Hobbyist Edition with the built-in battery. I bought it 20 months ago. It worked fine for three models. I’ve never used it to the point where it runs out of power, during a single session. Likely about 5-10 hours in total for those 3 model cars. I’m now on a fourth model. The charge now only lasts about 5-8 minutes, so I can barely part 2-3 small parts. It's now necessary to connect the USB cable to keep it going. I've emailed customer support to ask about this short charge time as to whether this ‘normal’ life expectancy of this product. I've received no response. I'm quite disappointed
