I was initially skeptical about this product but thought I'd give it a try. Turns out I do not regret the purchase at all! After a few days use, I noticed I can come down the stairs first thing in the morning without wincing or favouring one foot or the other. Product is as advertised, except for the exchange rate which I was not made aware of at check-out.
Good customer service via email, but not via telephone.
Booklet instructions said to keep the battery charged, but it did not say how you would know when it is charged (such as, the light will turn green when it is charged).

I was on holiday when my parcel arrived but it was delivered as requested to my safe place. I have only had the opportunity to use it a couple of times but it is a very pleasant sensation and has already reduced the constant tingling I feel in my feet and lower legs.

I ordered one and was charged for two. The physio consultation prescription was added on without my ever having ordered it. I contacted the company immediately and asked to cancel. They said it was too late. I was sent two but now I don't trust the company or the product. Because I live in Canada, the return is costly - both shipping and duty. I am very unhappy with this company.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The product quality is terrible and nowhere near what was advertised. I returned it and even paid the return shipping out of my own pocket, but EMSense still has not refunded my money.
Their customer service has been awful—unhelpful, frustrating, and completely lacking accountability. Once they have your money, getting proper assistance or a refund seems nearly impossible.
I regret purchasing from this company and strongly recommend that others stay away. Poor-quality product, terrible customer service, and no refund despite returning the item. Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered one pair but was sent and charged for two sets. I returned one set but had to pay shipping and a child labor tariff. I was automatically enrolled in a monthly charge physiotherapy program that I never asked for and had trouble cancelling it. Finally a charge for $135 appeared on my credit card that I believe came from them. I had to cancel my card to stop this nonsense.

Time will tell how well this device is to wake-up my legs back to normal.
Getting a refund for over order on pair has delighted me and my purchase experience.
I have started my 30 day experience to see what progress will be made to reduce my puffy legs at the end of each day. So far 7 days in and beginning to believe its working & helping me reduce the swelling in my legs between knees & ankles. Time will really prove the genuine benefits of this very interesting and hopefully highly beneficial device.

The product is great, and it came quick, the only trouble I had was with the order, I ordered 1 massager, but got 3 instead, I was told it was a promotional thing with the ordering, ..anyway, I got intouch with support, and it has all been sorted out and my refund is on its way.

Bought massager because of ankles swelling during day, have not used much yet but notice improvement after use. One complaint is difficulty in getting foot into massager.

As a diabetic of 20 years my toes started to feel numb recently & after trying meditation which didn’t really help I saw the YouTube advert for em sense so decided to try it & after only a few 15 minutes sessions the numbness faded. It has helped with the circulation.
I would recommend this for relaxing the muscles & recirculating. You can adjust the massage speed the heat setting & duration on the strap control

This is an awesome tool for anyone with foot, ankle and leg problems! I had a major surgery on my leg, with two rods, 17 screws and cement glue! Needless to say, I have had a few months of no weight bearing and the EMSende is helping me get the swelling down and getting back mobility! Thank you!

The therapy foot massager I purchased does little to help with the discomfort I have. The massage feature is extremely limited even on its highest power. It does little to make my feet feel like they were massaged. The only positive is that it does warm up well, but I bought the product for the massage feature and it simply is not effective. I would not purchase again.
