It turned an orangey-brown colour on my face - absolutely nothing like my complexion. Neither does it seem suited to mature skin, as it looked dry and cakey. As for their money-back guarantee, it was issued as a store credit. Not what I call 'money-back'. It received two stars instead of only one, as their customer service was very prompt.
I ordered the Colour changing foundation x 2 which went on lovely,btw, but the colour just didn't seem right and didn't suit me at all. I contacted to return the unopened pack and after a couple of emails have been promised a full refund for both foundations. Thanks to GENREV(1202873). Absolutely blown away by how well the color changing foundation stick! I’ve tried several others that either don’t match, leaving a pale and sometimes white base, to some that look cakey and settle into fine lines. This one is amazing!! It color matches PERFECTLY, feels light, and blends evenly. I use a tone correcting primer underneath and my skin looks even, fresh, and clean all day. The shipping was very quick too. Could not recommend this product and company more!

Friendly service. Foundation is above average although not extraordinary. Worth trying out if you have a lighter skin tone. However, I don’t see this working for all skin tones — definitely an area that could use improvement.

I really don't like the product Smooche foundation. I used for a week straight. It didn't give good coverage, was very dusty on my skin and dried my skin out. Would not recommend this product

The product did not work for me. I have mature skin and the foundation simply gave my skin a white shiny glow for a while. It is smooth to put on but did not have the 'foundation' look i was hoping for. I am not requesting a refund. But I am using it as a base for a tinted moisturiser, which I only need a very small amount of, to give my skin a little colour. I feel the product is way over priced and I will not be buying again. I should also mention it took about 3 weeks to arrive from America, so patience is needed

I bought the colour changing foundation after reading reviews. I knew it had mixed results but as they offered a money back guarantee I thought I’d nothing to lose. Turns out I did as when I tried to get my money back no one responded to my emails. Don’t buy you’ll just regret it. *update * Since posting I have had a full refund. Carla was able to sort things very efficiently and I’m grateful. I am disappointed it took a review being posted to get the refund. But thankfully I have my resolution and am happy.

Well, for starters , there is no manufacturers or company details on the packaging; there is a list of ingredients, a batch number etc - so that’s fine 👍 The consistency of the white cream is ‘sticky ‘ which feels a little odd - it did feel dry on my skin even though I used a moisture cram and serum base . I’m not sure if there was a colour change to match my natural complexion on my face - as it didn’t look any different to me - colour wise nor did it even out my complexion when I tried it on my knee - it looked a little orange - ish .. So, I’m on the fence with this - I guess you get what you pay for - maybe not tge one for me - but may work well on some people - just don’t expect miracles..

I’m giving a 5 because a customer service person named GENREV has taken care of me. I did purchase the Smoochie makeup. Unfortunately I’m very fair and it didn’t adjust to my skin tone. I sent an email asking to return it because they do want customers to be satisfied. They are making the adjustments to my satisfaction.
