Extremely Disappointing
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The product quality is terrible and nowhere near what was advertised. I returned it and even paid the return shipping out of my own pocket, but EMSense still has not refunded my money. Their customer service has been awful—unhelpful, frustrating, and completely lacking accountability. Once they have your money, getting proper assistance or a refund seems nearly impossible. I regret purchasing from this company and strongly recommend that others stay away. Poor-quality product, terrible customer service, and no refund despite returning the item. Absolutely unacceptable.
