Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that most of your experience went smoothly, but we’re sorry to hear about the extra charge from Unlimited Biking. We completely understand how frustrating unexpected fees can be, and we take this feedback seriously. We will be investigating this with our partner to better understand what happened and ensure a better experience for all our guests in the future. Your insight helps us improve the experience for everyone, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you continue to enjoy exploring with Go City!
