Customers frequently reported that the items delivered looked completely different from what was originally shown in the promotional advertisements. Many consumers noted that the purchased goods were made of extremely cheap materials and turned out to be completely unusable for daily life. Some people were dissatisfied with the customer support team due to a complete lack of communication and delayed responses regarding order fulfillment. Reviewers also mentioned experiencing major difficulties and serious complications when trying to obtain proper financial refunds for their unsatisfactory purchases. Buyers explained that packages often arrived much later than expected or failed to arrive at all.

Furthermore, their emails bounce back, therefore as a disgruntled customer you cannot be refunded directly from them. Report them to your Australian bank.
Cheap bras flimsy rubbish material Not what was advertised. Been trying to get my money back. Not reply to my email. I have seen that someone else has had to go through their banks fraud department to get a refund. I will try this way too. Rip off company! I need to be careful of these YT ads I don't seem to be getting much luck with these products!
If there was the opportunity to leave NEGATIVE STARS this company would receive NEGATIVE 5 STARS. This is a scam. The advertising is misleading / false: the product received is not the product advertised. They will answer emails but emails advise that they cannot find the order though it is order number that appears in the order confirmation. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. I will change this review IF and WHEN I receive a full refund as requested.
Along with all other reviews this "company" are rip off merchants, I had to reclaim my money back through my banks fraud department. They dont reply to emails. Save yourself the hassle and AVOID their lies, thankfully bank returned my money
BE VERY WARY OF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! I ordered a pair of $60 photochromic sunglasses but received glasses that did translations. I have been unable to contact the company as their advertised email address has been undeliverable, tried 3 times. This is the only way to contact them.
Poor quality not the item advertised. Must be AI generated? Promised refund but unable to generate one. I have sent email but no response. Will have to go through my credit card company.
For nextwea.com 5th generation AI Autofocus smart glasses. Gemini's evaluation of product: Yes, online ads promoting "auto-focus" or high-tech miracle eyewear from unverified popup storefronts like Nextwea are a scam. Why It Is a Scam: Physically Impossible Tech: True electronic liquid-crystal auto-focus lenses require complex sensors, microchips, batteries, and precision engineering that cost hundreds or thousands of dollars to manufacture, making cheap online offers impossible. Bait-and-Switch Drop shipping: These sites typically use stolen promotional videos of high-end technology to sell ultra-cheap, dollar-store plastic glasses (worth $2 to $3) marked up significantly. Zero Customer Support: Buyers routinely report terrible material quality, orders that arrive completely different from what was advertised, and ignored emails when requesting refunds.
Rip off merchants. I’ve tried to buy a pair of these AI smart glasses mainly for sight reasons and I got two pairs of sunglasses that have Bluetooth speakers in them and that’s it. I tried contacting them and every time I send an email, it’s delivery incomplete. Pieces of shit they are the company and the glasses.
Ordered a pair of 3 in 1 glasses. Received a cheap pair of Wireless glasses. Have sent numerous emails to them, but all been received back as undeliverable. BE VERY WARY OF ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY.
This website is a total scam and is being allowed to keep scamming people. If you complain to Google, they state that they will investigate and then come back with a result of not going against Googles advertising policy, which is like in my opinion an endorsement to keep ripping people off. I hope this warning helps to stop people get scammed.
I'd give no stars if that was possible. I ordered some special glasses and my package has not arrived. I've written to the company and get no response. Do not buy from this company.
Fake eposuct, it's not from Xiaomi as.ir claim on YouTube ads... It's cheap plastic unrealistic. Don't buy it. Avoid at all cost
Totally false advertising. Their products are trash and no response . They block you from emails when you want a refund…
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!Cannot get a refund! ABSOLUTE JUNK THAY THEY SELL AND NOT AS DESCRIBED!DONOTBUY.DONOT BUY!LOOK AT REVIEWS! SCAM COMPANY!NOT LEGIT!
I wish I could give them zero stars for misleading and false advertising. They are promoting a product that’s clearly a misrepresentation of what they are selling to the consumer. These glasses are something that you can buy in any dollar store. They are simply a normal pair of sunglasses that doesn’t feature any thing thats being advertised. They said, they would refund you ten times your money back, if not satisfied. Which I will be seeking, but I don’t believe they will honor what they preach so I will be seeking legal advice or action on how to shut them down. They have made a lot of money based on their lies. I recommend that no one should purchase anything from this bogus company. Please don’t give them any of your time and money.
How can I thank the lovely people who went online and told the truth, I had a very similar experience with a company trading as one Shop, also a huge scam, bogus phone number, emails bounce back, no customer service, I lost £100, ouch!! This is so similar, I couldn't help but write.
‘Just received a night projector for children’s bedroom. Absolutel load of rubbish. Nothing like the advertisement. Chinese garbage. Scam site.
Not like advertising far from it, like everyone else cant email but luckily I went through karma so I have someone on my side...
Don't buy from this scamming company. The products sent were not as I ordered and are seriously low cheap and nasty quality. Emails are bouncing back from them so no way of requesting an explanation or refund. Scammers
The glasses are not as commercial. It only answers your phone calls. No onscreen display and no other features. Customer email addresses bounce back. No customer support phone number. So disappointed. $110 down the drain. Update. I saw this advertised on YouTube. Now I will not order or trust any advertised product on YouTube. Do not order from YouTube. Until they clean up their policies about trusted advertisements. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
