Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently reported that the items delivered looked completely different from what was originally shown in the promotional advertisements. Many consumers noted that the purchased goods were made of extremely cheap materials and turned out to be completely unusable for daily life.
Some people were dissatisfied with the customer support team due to a complete lack of communication and delayed responses regarding order fulfillment. Reviewers also mentioned experiencing major difficulties and serious complications when trying to obtain proper financial refunds for their unsatisfactory purchases. Buyers explained that packages often arrived much later than expected or failed to arrive at all.
This is such a rip off it's a small piece of hard plastic not dentures at all it's the worst lie I've heard in my life such a burn you will be so pissed when you get them in three weeks even the box has the picture of dentures there is no way to wear them these one inch bye a half inch piece of hard plastic all you can do is throw them away.total rip off don't do it I can't believe this people can get away with such a lie and youtube allows it should be in jail your riping every body off.take down this bullshit .
I recieved what i expected were upper and lower dentures as advertised. What came can in no way be called a denture. What came was some kind of cover for the teeth, with absolutely no fitting instructions. Which had rubber teeth , exactly what good are rubber teeth.
I have not heard from them yet.
Don't buy dentures from this site, it's a scam, nothing close to what they advertise on their site. It's junk they don't fit and they are small and looks like a toy. They claim money refund if not satisfied but once they answer you they waste time asking you if you're willing to keep item and they will refund 20% after going back and forth with them they offered 30% and figured something better nothing since I was already scammed. Well they only refunded me $11.00 not the 30% they offered. They spent more money creating their misleading ad in their site with actors and dentures that are definitely not what you get. Don't fall victim to this scam as I did.
