Counterfeit shoes

Counterfeit shoes. You're not getting what you paid for. The pictures make the shoes look high quality, but what arrives is a cheap knock off. Request a return? You'll be offered money back to just keep the fake shoes. Sizing is wrong. Brand is made-up or unrecognizable.

This company has been terrific to work with. I have a larger foot, and have had difficulty finding cowgirl boots. The first pair I ordered from this company (I ordered larger) and they were still too small. Nicepairs took the time to get actual measurements and video of my feet for accuracy to their sizing, and actually sent me a replacement pair in a new size, with no added cost to me. They were very understanding and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this company for the quality and experience.

I love the selection of shoes and boots you offer. I like knowing your shoes and boots are made as order, I like the style and selection to choose from and you use natural materials.

Cheap Fakes

Never bought from them but they are selling counterfeit of well known brands. I recognized a knock off of a genuine pair I have. I know the real brand well and am a repeat customer, so I new what wasnt right about them on sight. Judging from other reviews, cheap materials are also used. I wouldn't waste your money.

Eye catching style in hard to find deep purple color

The site presented good size and angles of product. Would have rated higher if the production details (materials used, etc.) were closer to the product description (style, uses, etc.). I lost time searching to read if shoes were plastic, rubber, and such need to know matters.

It difficult to for me to find my shoe size.

Large shoe sizes for women are hard to come by. The site was easy to navigate. Thank you

DO NOT BUY FROM NICE PAIRS!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Not a trust worthy company! It is not the customers job to provide a company basic internal structure whereby you track incoming returns!!! Awful Awful customer service. Stole my money without providing an exchange or refund! Nice Pairs says it is the customer who has to provide proof of return!!! Horrible company! Lost my money! $150!!!!!!!!

Defective shoes

Defective shoes! The order took 3 times longer than promised. The shoes arrived defective, and I mean really defective. As per their return policy, they would refund return shipping if it was a manufacturer defect, but they refused to honor that. Bad business practices....bad customer service. Won't buy from them again.

My order took too long to come in and the quality is a joke. I only wear authentic designer cowboy boots. The boot itself is made of fake leather and are not comfortable at all. Do not order from this company. I am keeping the boots because it is too bothersome to send them back. Never again!

The quality was not what it looked like online

The quality is not what is pictured. I previously left a bad review but the Compnay refunded my money (not the tax) and have been easy to deal with the return. I changed to three stars since they’ve been cooperative but I wouldn’t order through them again.

I can't wait until my five pair of ankle boots arrive . They're so different , and so gorgeous . I place a order over 2 weeks ago & still haven't received my package not even a tracking number. Reached out to the company through email twice but no response! They was very helpful for placing the order but now it's like they don't even exist. 😡

Do not buy from this store!!!!!!!! The packaging came in ripped and wet. The shoes were flimsy and water damaged. Even without the water damage it felt like the heels were made so poorly that they’d break as soon as anyone put weight on them. Also way too big. I ordered a 7 even though I usually wear a 7.5. The shoe was big enough to fit my mom who is a size 8.5. Because of their return policy I can’t return it because it took more than 30 days to come in!!! This is a scam - do not buy from these people!!!
