I ordered a purple pair of sandals size seven. I usually order a half size up in heels. They arrived quite quickly. Only thing is they were a little tight across the toe area. I asked for an exchange of a different pair because the particular style wasn’t going to work with my wide feet. They asked for pictures and I sent them. They suggested size up to an eight. I didn’t want to do that so they didn’t allow me to exchange for a different pair of shoes that I liked and keep the purple pair. I am thankful I didn’t have to go through the hassle of sending them back. So I’m now just waiting for my new pair. Great customer service.

I ordered a pair of shoes thinking I am placing an order with a legit website. When I received the shipping info from China I became alarmed and emailed them and they confirmed that they are not the original brand but they "make each pair". I received another notification that the shoes were delivered. The problem is, it never was. I was home the entire day - no delivery. I attempted to check the shipping and the message stated that since it was international - I have to contact the shipper. The shipper's info is not bringing up anything on the package. China got me this time. Stole my money and America's intellectual property. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS SITE.

This web a item is a scam. They will not accept returns. Instead, they trying to get you to keep scrappy, cheap shoes, and give you a partial refund. No matter how many times you tell them you want a refund, they push back with trying to give you only partial refund!

Horrible cheap knock offs
Scam! They stole photos from the Allbirds website for these cowboy boots I paid $150 for. When they finally arrived from China weeks later, I thought I was being punked. I received a plastic pair of cheap knock offs that were totally different in shape and color. Never even tried them on they looked so ridiculous. Immediately opened a misrepresentation case through PayPal.
