⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience with Bella Barnett’s customer service. The dresses I initially ordered were beautiful and of great quality, but unfortunately they were a bit too tight. I reached out to request the return address so I could send them back, receive a refund, and reorder them in a larger size. To my surprise, the entire issue was resolved in less than 24 hours. Instead of asking me to return the items, Bella Barnett kindly told me to keep them and provided me with store credit so I could order new items at no additional cost. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and generously they handled the situation. I’ve already placed my new order and I’m hoping the new sizes are the perfect fit. Okay this is the best experience I have had in a long time with vendors. I received my order and it was slightly smaller than expected, I sent an email and in less than an hour amazing Evelyn got back to me and sent me a gift card to use in getting a new one. I am amazed. Huge scam! Once you have a complaint and need to return due to size issues, you are told to leave a great review so I can get ur full!!! refund. After leaving a great review, you get a 10% off ur next purchase. Never got the full refund as promised. Huge Scam
