A huge scam !!! Be aware I have ordered a dress from BellaBarnett and I had to return it because it didn’t fit. First they will do anything to keep your money, the return process is not simple, you have to contact them via email. Then if you insist, they keep 20% of your order as fees, 10% as return fee plus 10% as shipping label fee. I’ve never experienced that with other stores that’s unbelievable !!!

Evelyn was amazing. She answered all of my questions and patiently walked me through the website to make sure my order went through successfully. I was calling from the USA, and she responded quickly and was very professional throughout the process. I absolutely loved the dress the quality is excellent. The only issue was that I didn’t order the correct size, but that was my mistake. Overall, I had a great experience and truly appreciate Evelyn’s patience and outstanding customer service. My First Purchase wasn't a good Fit for me. So I contacted the Company for a Refund, Return Label and Shipping Instructions. I Learned from Customer Service Ms. GLORIA that they will give me a Credit to Re- Purchase a Different Dress. Which She Did. I Purchased Two Different Dresses and Hopefully These will be A Better Fit for Me. I will give an Update when I Receive my New Order. But I Appreciate Ms. Gloria for Contacting Me Within 24 hours with a Solution. I do like most of the Dresses Online but they all don't come in my Size XL so I could only chose what's Available. First time purchasing from Bella Barnett. 2 days later, still no update on their end regarding shipment status, the order showed as non-existent, so I reached out. I received a reply stating that the item I chose was out of stock, and offered 2 options: to wait until the item restocks, or to choose another and receive free shipping + 120% credit. They sent a link with dresses actually in stock right now, and there are only about 250 total, making it confusing to understand what's really available, because there are really thousands of dresses on the website.... Despite the very good reviews, it almost looks like a scam to say the least - paying for a dress that's not in stock, and still now, 12 hours later, by looking at their website, it is still available for purchase, because they haven't updated it! I wasn't even offered a refund. I am giving them 1 star, ONLY because Evelyn is checking with the warehouse to see if and when the dress will be back in stock. Hopefully I will receive a reply by tomorrow otherwise I will request a refund and purchase something from another more reliable online brand. Very disappointing.

I would like to give a huge five-star review to Ms Kristy from Belle Barnett for the outstanding customer service she provided. I placed an order on 13 July and was hoping to wear the dress to a wedding on 25th July. As the wedding date got closer and my package still hadn’t arrived, I became very worried and thought I might have to rush out and buy another dress. I called Belle Barnett on Friday 24th and had the pleasure of speaking with kristy. She immediately checked the tracking information, let me know that my package had reached my local delivery area, and reassured me that I would receive it in time. I told her how nervous I was, and she was so calm, patient, and reassuring, by the end of our conversation I felt completely at ease. Thankfully, my dress arrived yesterday 25th the day of the wedding before lunch time,I truly appreciated the excellent service I received from your Customer Service Representative Ms Kristy I called Belle Barnett again today regarding a return, and I was fortunate to speak with Ms Kristy once more. She kindly explained the return process, let me know I would receive a credit note, and guided me through purchasing another style. She was knowledgeable about Belle Barnett’s products, professional, soft-spoken, and very easy to understand. Most importantly, she treated me with genuine kindness and patience throughout both calls. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, and Your customer service Representative Kristy is a wonderful example of what great customer care should look like.
