There are a lot of options
There are a lot of options. The only issue is not all shoes show up each time you search. I favorited some shoes on my phone but when I searched online I couldn't find them. Also, there was a shoe that had "made to order" but it wouldn't allow me to select options. I would have liked a different color.

Thanks for sharing; the shoes you've saved can be found in your "wishlist". If you are unable to select customization options for "made-to-order" items, please contact us via email, and we will verify the details and handle the request for you.
Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! I needed to exchange my shoes for a different size, and they were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They responded to my emails very quickly and made the exchange so easy and stress-free. I really appreciate how kind and attentive they were. Highly recommend shopping with them. I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again.

I created some shoes using AI and…
I created some shoes using AI and submitted them. They came back to narrow, which honestly was my fault because I should’ve just measured my feed, but they sent me replacement shoes that fit perfectly and I can be more happier.

Pointy black patent slide
The black patent slide shoe I ordered for a wedding arrived. It exceeded my expectations. The shoe was stunning and was very comfortable, however it was a bit short. I contacted support and they went above and beyond to accommodate me to make things right. Do not hesitate to order from them!!!

They are so kind
They are so kind, but because of the time difference it takes a moment to respond. However I wish they would clarify for measurements if they are unsure before sending out a custom product

Never been more accommodated in my life.
I’ve never done business with a more accommodating company. Most people aren’t willing to do at least 1 free remake of a custom order. They’re gonna get all my business from now on. I wear above the average size so I’m often unsatisfied at other retailers.

One fine pair of boots!
The person handling the order made sure the specifics were in order. The boots were as high quality as I have seen in higher priced shoes. They are so good I ordered another pair of boots that I had been considering. I've already recommended your business to a online forum I frequent.
