However, some people mentioned issues regarding the order process, such as not receiving confirmation or tracking emails promptly. A few other people also felt that there were problems with fit, with some receiving items that were far too big or encountered material quality concerns.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I ordered and customized a pair of leather Boots. They weren’t exactly what I asked for but, The Costomer Service Team Was Awesome. They corrected my order and sent me a new pair. FSJ is the Best and they truly Care about their Customers

The customer service was great! I requested to exchange the shoe size. After giving them the information they needed and providing them with video and pictures, they agreed to send the new size. When I inquired about how to return, they told me to keep the shoes! I will donate them to someone who could use them. They are very cute shoes. The only thing I would say is that the shoes do run big.

I ordered super cute gold booties in size 7.5 but the sizing was very large so they are shipping a smaller pair free of charge. All I did was share photos of how big the shoes were and they immediately offered to send a size 6. Very helpful and nice customer service.

Honestly my experience has been much better than I expected. I was a little skeptical ordering from a website that i found on my own that doesn't have many social mediea reviews but I trusted my gut and ordered from them and I dont regret it 1 bit. I did have a problem with my order as I did order a custom pair of shoes and everything about the shoe was perfect except for the fact that it was a different style heel than what I ordered (my shoes were supposed to have a block heel, but they had a stiletto instead,) but even though that was the case the quality of the shoe is very sturdy and its a really cute shoe nonetheless. However the customer service is absolutely amazing and deserves 5 starts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the response from the customer service through email is very timely usually replying within the hour (sometimes it might take a few hours, depending on when you message) and they listened to all of my concerns and apologized for any inconvenience. they have also vindicated the issue by offering to send me the correct pair while also letting me keep the incorrect pair. I 100% will be placing a fee more orders within the next fee weeks given my replacement pair has no issues. In the future when placing orders, I’d probably just email customer service once my order is placed to confirm all design details before production begins.

I recently ordered my first pair of high heels from here, and even though I got the size wrong the first time their customer service was honestly brilliant and they sent me a better pair, not even making me return the first pair (very convenient). They were very helpful and kind, and I like the store's diverse range of shoe styles and sizes.

I initially found the FSJ website because I was looking for black and white heels. I contacted customer service because a lot of the reviews indicated that the shipping time was too long. That was not my experience! When I emailed customer service prior to placing my order I got an immediate response! I placed my order and I got a shipping notification within 10 days! The shoes were absolutely stunning upon arrival but I had to request a replacement because they were too big. Despite the website suggestions regarding sizing, I would recommend ordering your normal size or a 1/2 size up. Throughout the whole process customer service was excellent! I highly recommend FSJ!

This company is top tier. So even though they cary really small sizes, as a trans woman I love that they cary up to a size 15! I have an amazing collection and wear mainly their brand because of the customer service I recieve. Its hard buying shoes over the internet, you dont always see every angle and every shoe wont always flatter but they will make sure your happy with customization. I cant say enough good about them.
