Helpful Customer Service
My only concern is with the lack of detail regarding materials; too often, the material descriptions are vague. For example, the material will be listed as linen-blend, or wool-blend, but with no information re: the % of linen or wool, or what it is blended with! Otherwise, the site is great. I am grateful to W&B customer service who are always obtain the answers to my material clarification requests. Precious, who most recently assisted me, provided fast, professional, and detailed information that helped me make decisions on products.

Beautiful brooch.
I ordered a brooch for my friends 80th birthday Monday evening. It was delivered on the Wednesday. Very quick service. It is a beautiful brooch packaged in a jewellery box with a gift bag & a pouch to keep it in, surrounded by tissue.
