10 out of 10 for Wolf & Badger for their customer service and especially to Georgia who did a cracking job at swiftly rectifying an issue with a faulty parasol. I was given a few options, decided to go with a replacement and I’m so pleased I did. I was also given a discount code for the trouble even though the issue was resolved so speedily. One faulty item hasn’t put me off this superb online store. Nicole Gibson
Alvin and Laura helped me resolve a store credit issue
Alvin and Laura helped me to finally resolve an issue with store credit. After a week and a half of no response and a store credit code that expired and couldn't be used, I used their chat to escalate and Alvin helped to get Laura involved. Within 24 hours the issue was resolved and I was able to use the credit. I did have to follow up and that was frustrating but they did the right thing for me.
Unfortunately when I received the item…
Unfortunately when I received the item it was damaged. It was not damaged in transit however dispatched in a damaged state. I have sent an email requesting rectification and am waiting on a response .

Overseas purchase…
Item was too small and initially it was tricky trying to return item as I didn’t realise it was in the UK, I am in Australia- however ended up being super easy and the couriers collected the item to return.

I had a great experience shopping with Wolf & Badger. The sunglasses I purchased are beautiful and excellent quality, and they arrived very quickly. I also ordered a dress which unfortunately wasn’t quite right for me, but the return process has been simple and free of charge. Overall, I’m very impressed with the quality of the products and the excellent customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to shop with them again.

I’ve been looking for a large beach bag for a long time, but didn’t want to compromise on quality. This one is perfect! It’s huge, a beautiful colour and still looks classy. I’m really pleased with it, and it will be getting its first outing in Dubai next week! Contact was excellent - delivery was quick.

Lovely amethyst colour earrings at an excellent sale price. Quick delivery. However, brand name on attractive jewellery box was Latelita, not Wolf & Badger……which puzzled me.
