Geat customer service
I bought a gold Angelo Barocco bracelet for my wife . It was so lovely that I then bought her a silver version. I gave the gold one to her on her birthday in late July. She loved it so much she wore it for 4 days but unfortunately on the last day it snapped. I contacted customer services and they were brilliant. I dealt with Wolf and Alvin and they were great .They contacted Angelo Barocco and a replacement was sent immediately. I have heard the same about their customer services from my sister in law. Lovely products and a great company. Thank you

I love my purchase and the service was excellent and quick
Woeful service for replacing a wrong item delivered
Whilst my order was delivered in a timely manner, a wrong item was delivered by the Paul James company (a sweater instead of a hat!) and as I write, the replacement is due to arrive tomorrow (it was to be a birthday present but now too late). If the correct item comes tomorrow, it will have taken a whole week after I rushed out to drive over 6 miles to return the item via the PO within hours of initial delivery and contacting W&B. Whilst Seychelle and the other online help staff were pleasant, there was conflicting information and W&B have a woeful system for replacing incorrect items . Very poor service considering the error was made by the vendor. Doubt I'll use W&B again.

I had a problem with a dress I bought. Georgia dealt with my problem immediately, asking me to return the dress. Georgia kept me informed at all times. They refunded the money and I replaced the beautiful dress. The service I got was brilliant.

Overall fantastic and easy experience
Apart from the fantastic quality of the necklace, the ordering, delivery and communication was amazing! I didnt have to keep tracking as consistent updates were being sent to me and it was delivered exactly on time within an hour slot so I didnt have to wait in all day - Thanks W&B
