Ordered a dress and got a faux leopard skin hat. Went on chat who told me to send the hat back, once received they would then send me the dress
The return form and label had to be printed which I do not have this facility
Spoke to them on chat SEVERAL TIMES stating I need the dress by Friday at the latest, preferably Thursday. NO RESPONSE
I have paid for a dress which I have still not received and no resolution to the issue despite me contacting them 4 times

Dont buy from them
Dont buy from them. I visited Wolf & Badger for the first time to buy some earrings for my daughters birthday. I received a Welcome10 discount. A system error their side resulted in this not being processed so I paid 10% more (£5) for the item than they had lead me to believe. They will not reimburse me except through a store credit on my next purchase or 10% off my next purchase. I had received the latter offer in any case through their standard marketing. Apparently they cant credit the £5 to my payment card because of their auditing procedures. I have never come across such appalling customer service.

Quick service from the UK to the USA. I ordered ceramic dinner plates. The 2 outer boxes arrived very crushed, but the items inside were packed well and were not broken.
Ugly bracelet accent around pearl was a bright neon yellow metal. Did not look like that in the picture. Will be returning!

Very quick international delivery, and when I needed to return my purchase through no fault of the product itself, Joanne from Customer Service was incredibly prompt and efficient at helping me to get the courier pick up sorted - and my full refund was processed without any delay as well.
