Fantastic service and beautiful quality products. I made a mistake with my order sizing online and I contacted customer service within an hour of purchase to fix. Bernadeth responded within a few hours and has helped me fix the problem , with clear communication all the way through. Thank you! Also , previously I had ordered two sizes of a blazer for my wedding and it was a super easy return process for the one I didn’t need. I love Wolf and Badger!

Beautiful item delivered quickly
The red colour is more of a blue red, rather than a yellow red, as shown in the ad. The shirt is gorgeous. Creases easily. Hard to iron. But, oh my goodness, looks amazing on!

Customer service (Alvin) was amazing - I had issues returning a product to the supplier in the Netherlands (tried twice and parcel was returned to me twice), but customer services were then great. Followed up, allowed me to return to the Wolf & Badger address in the UK and great communication at every step. Thanks

Item very late and I am told to wait more…
Item very late and I am told to wait more. No readily available contact with the customer support. Forcing becoming a member when I checked out as a guest. I just want it cancelled and a refund but of course all their emails are no reply. Took ages to find the page to report this and none of it relates to late delivery by them. Just awful. Avoid this company.

I had a great experience with Wolf & Badger! The dress I ordered was exactly as pictured and was beautifully made with great quality. I had ordered two sizes so I could choose the best fit, but because I was traveling, I unfortunately missed the return window. Seychelle was incredibly helpful, understanding, and went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation. She provided excellent customer service, and I really appreciated the kindness and flexibility. I’ll definitely be shopping with Wolf & Badger again!
