Constantly chasing for a resolution.
I’m having an issue with a dress I ordered. Every time I communicate with someone they say they will chase it up with the brand and ge5 back to me. This now has been going on for over 2 weeks. I’m not happy and you know it.

The fabric of the dress was stated as 100% cotton. What arrived was definitely not cotton but synthetic and to make things stranger there were no labels on the garment to say what it was - no labels at all- not for washing instructions or anything. This is not what I expected from a £180 dress. When I complained I was told someone would respond in 72 hours!! Completely unacceptable
