I had a positive experience with Wolf & Badger’s customer support. Every response I received was polite, professional, and respectful, and the team genuinely tried to address my questions.
My only concern was regarding pricing transparency. A product was displayed at one price with free shipping and no duties, but the total increased significantly at checkout depending on the delivery destination. While the team explained that their pricing system automatically calculates the final price for different markets, they were unable to provide an itemised breakdown of the additional amount.
I appreciate their honesty in explaining the limitation of their pricing system, but I believe customers would benefit from greater transparency before reaching checkout.
Overall, I would still consider shopping with Wolf & Badger because of their excellent customer service and return policy. I simply hope they improve the clarity of their international pricing.

Item ordered was gorgeous and the recipient is delighted. Site was easy to use and delivery was prompt. However UPS gave several dates and times and it was lucky I was in as they delivered a.m instead of late p.m!!
