I sent earrings to a friend in the USA - you have a site for both. item was from Belgium and cost 25% more on US (tax separate) it said because payment and delivery address different. Was going to give up and get sent to UK and then forward as much cheaper. decided not due to Birthday date. Nice items but how do i stop the daily flood of emails subsequently!

Good products and strong customer service. Responsive and reasonable. I would suggest looking to W&B for clothing that support smaller businesses. I've been shopping here for a couple of years now, and have had consistent positive experience.

I messed up and Alvin saved the day!

I made a purchase and provided the wrong shipping address and didn’t realize until 1-2 days AFTER purchasing that I had it mistaken. After starting with the AI service, Alvin took over and helped me. Not only did he correct the issue but also provided me steps in case it was too late in the process to make a fix. He then reached out 3 times to ensure that I knew what kind of tasks were performed while I was waiting to hear an update. Then when I was updated about the correction, he reached out again to ensure I was aware and to check if there’s anything else I needed. Above and beyond is an understatement. Thank you so much, Alvin! I can’t wait to see the piece!

Disappointing customer service to a faulty product issue

This is all very disappointing. I purchased some expensive slippers for a special occasion (well for me they was over £40 so that’s expensive for me). I was saving them for a special occasion last weekend as my friends from London was coming up to see us. I have terminal blood cancer. Anyway I wore the slippers and they was commented upon. It was only on the Sunday after I had showered and my husband was drying me that he saw the state of my feet. They had all black dye on them! We immediately realised the only thing that it could be was the dye from the slippers. When he went to get his shower he saw that the dye had transferred from my feet to the bottom of our white bath. As I say I have terminal blood cancer so any dye that maybe gets into me isn’t going to be good! Anyway my husband used 3 different cleaning products on the bath, including bleach, which we don’t like using, albeit it’s faded it is still there. After our friends had gone we took some piccies of my feet and the bath and sent them right to customer services. I was pleasantly surprised when I had an almost immediate response from them stating that they would get in touch with the seller and get back to me and to let them know any other issues regarding this. I sent another photo on Wednesday of our bath again. I have now had two emails stating they would get in touch with the seller, well I thought this was being done on Sunday, Monday at the latest! I emailed them this morning asking them what was happening , over 3 days later, and have heard nothing back, so I emailed again about 1.5 hrs ago and still no response. It’s now some 96hrs later and no resolution to this problem. I was asked if I want a refund or replacement yesterday, I replied I wanted a refund for the slippers and if they want me to send them back I’d like a pre paid label as none of this is my fault! I don’t want to be out of pocket let alone what we will do about the bath! I have mental health issues due to my cancer diagnosis and live each day I have anxious. I do not need this hanging over my head! This is all very sad as I never set out for this to happen and only wanted the slippers but there is an issue and I’d like Woolf and badger to sort this out. I think a refund and some sort of goodwill gesture towards buying more cleaning products for the bath would be helpful! I have sent photos of my feet and the bath. Very, very sad wood and badger that I have had to go down this route. As of 5.50pm - still no reply to either email or resolution to the report of the issue on the 2nd.

I bought some jewellery from Wolf & Badger. What arrived was a decorated crucifix. W&B refused to send me the correct item or issue me a refund. Spent weeks trying to ask them to send me the correct item but they consistently refused. Without question, the worst customer experience process I've encountered and I won't be shopping with them again. Avoid.
