The customer service was great
The customer service was great! I requested to exchange the shoe size. After giving them the information they needed and providing them with video and pictures, they agreed to send the new size. When I inquired about how to return, they told me to keep the shoes! I will donate them to someone who could use them. They are very cute shoes. The only thing I would say is that the shoes do run big.
