My stylist is amazing! Zion is hands-down the BEST fashion stylist Akira has. Not only is she personable and pleasant, she knows body shapes and types… She knows what will look good on you and what will not. She’s very familiar with the inventory in the store and just has an amazing eye… She knows what pairs best with what… A top-tier experience! I’ve shopped with her many times and she has never disappointed me. I’ve even started to bring my girlfriends to her so she can style them for special occasions she is spectacular!!
Shop AKIRA never disappoints every style is a compliment, unique, and plus to my wardrobe. The only thing that I would like to see improved is the return policy turnaround time for online shopping. It takes at least anywhere from two weeks to a month to receive a refund even if it’s a store credit.
I love the trendy clothes, Customer service is non existent.
I love the trendiness of Akira’s clothes; however, the sizing inconsistencies are frustrating. I also don’t like that there is no customer service phone number where you can speak to a live person and resolve an issue.
Lastly, the $10 return fee feels outdated and low-budget. Akira has been around long enough, and the prices have enough markup, that providing strong customer service should be a priority.
Where is my package?!! Update emails give 0 info, I can't speak to a live person, its not worth it to shop online. The sizes are different on everythin anyway. I have too any clothes I can't fit that I cannot return. This is my last online order. Please *a human* tell me where my package is and when it will arrive.
This was my very first time ordering from AKIRA, and I’m so impressed! The items are stylish, unique, and even better in person. I’ll definitely be ordering again!
Why offer overnight shipping if it’s not guaranteed. I ordered before 3pm for overnight shipping for my order to be delayed until Monday. It’s not the carriers fault, my package wasn’t scanned in on time or delivered to the carrier which resulted in this. I’m very disappointed, as I spent an extra $30 dollars for me to not receive my items when I expected it.
I am very disappointed with this being my first time purchasing from this company. I spent a lot of money to have paid an extra $20 to get my items for my birthday on time and I only got the outfit. I have proof that the FedEx delivery person only delivered the outfit. There was no way my boots would’ve fit in that little bag. After reaching out to the company they told me that they cannot expedite my missing item back out that they only could refund after their long investigation timeframe. I said that makes no sense if you have the product, oh and by the way, you can’t call them, you only can chat with them basically AI and through email. I had to spend more money to put my outfit together. I’m just not a happy customer at this time.
LOVE the fashion!! Head turners!
Unique looks, quality fabrics, returns allowed, and pretty fast shipping. My go-to spot for night out, red carpet, on stage, and more!
Would love even FASTER delivery (Amazon style) if possible, and more flat/short heel shoe options, but otherwise, loving all you do!
The site was easy to navigate. However, I hit purchase and in the same moment I realized I ordered the wrong size. In the same second I reached out and there was nothing that could be done to fix the order. I had to order another one in a different size. Now I am stuck w/ a credit because there is only exchange or store credit. And no the dress was no available in stores to try on first. I don't think I will order online again in the future because if it does not fit, I am stuck w/ a credit and not a refund.
I love my outfit but it has 2 defects in the stitching. There are 2 openings in the stitching on the top of my outfit I will have to take it to a tailor to fix the issues
In short, the final mile delivery by Door Dash was 100% unequivocally horrible. I live in a military secured area. However, your company made an assumption that all deliveries can be completed by anyone at anytime. At no point when placing my order does your company ask about endpoint delivery. Some random schmo cannot get on a military base without the proper credentials. My package was left in limbo to be sent back to the shipper. I literally had to ride around town looking for the schmo with my order. Akira owes me for my time, inconvenience, and gas! Use UPS, USPS, or FedEx like everyone else. Door Dash? Seriously. Insult to injury: Your website does not include a phone number to inquiry about online orders. Calling a local store doesn’t help because they have no friggin’ idea about how to handle endpoint delivery errors or options. Akira, do better.
