Another frustrating issue is the discount codes — the website shows that a coupon is valid, but when you try to apply it at checkout, it says the code is invalid or cannot be used. It would be great if the promotions and coupon information were more accurate and transparent. Overall, I like the styles, but the pricing and discount system could definitely be improved.
I have been buying from Rihoas for awhile now and happy with my purchases each time. The clothes are beautiful and good quality for a decent price. I always end up getting discounts which helps fund my purchases. When I started shopping I was unsure about the sizing. Most stuff fits smaller. But the size charts are reliable to help. Fast delivery as well.
Rihoas challenged a bank claim for an item they NEVER sent me. They admitted the dress was unavailable, failed to provide the replacement I requested, then confirmed they had blocked the order yet still challenged my refund claim?!? Absolutely unacceptable. This was my first order with Rihoas and my last. I waited over a week only to be told the dress was unavailable. I agreed to a replacement, but customer service then failed to respond, so I cancelled it and requested a full refund. Their own emails confirm the original item was unavailable and that the order was blocked. No item was ever delivered to me. Despite this, Rihoas chose to challenge my bank dispute 35 days later?! I have kept all of their emails and have evidence of everything. Extremely unbelievably poor stock management, communication and customer service. I would never in the world recommend this company to anyone!!!

I really love the style and variety of clothes. As a woman with a larger bust however it can be very difficult to find sizes at your company that accommodate curves. Perhaps offering a curve line or more accommodating “one size” options would open up the brand and beautiful clothes to more people.

I have been a customer of RIHOAS for many years now, and every time I make a purchase, I am very happy with my order. Everything is of good quality, beautiful colors and unique designs. I love all the tiles of dresses and would love to see some more drop waist designs that they have begun to explore into, there’s a particular one I am thinking about that has a pleated skirt and is available in red or pink, which I loved and am still considering if I should buy. I am usually an XL with RIHOAS, although sometimes I feel like I would love for them to offer larger sizes because they would fit me better. Particularly in the bust and waist areas. This is the only reason why I think I don’t shop as much as I would like to. If there is any possibility of having more items come in XXL, I think that would be perfect. I also believe prices sometimes are a bit high, but I appreciate the great deals they have and send me through email. The last thing I would like to mention is that I have never had any problems with shipping or returns, which I greatly appreciate and it is a reason why I keep coming back, because I know customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
The dress is very beautiful. The delivery was fast and efficient. The zipper is a bit stock when going up but nothing so bad.
First I accidentally chose the incorrect size (thought I had clicked right only to realize the next morning my mistake), customer support helped me the same day and a correct size was shipped. Then when I was worried if it would arrive in time they helped again and as promised, it arrived precisely when they said it would! The dress itself - perfection! The quality, the colour, the fit - everything I could have asked for and more! Can't wait to get more dresses!

Always impressed when I get my package. Sometimes photos make the clothing prettier online, but that's never happened here. Quite the opposite actually. It's become one of my favorite places to shop because of this along the cute styles and consistent sizing/measurements and overall quality.
They ship horribly stitched clothes with improper waist and bust that doesn’t look good at all. Poor quality absolutely ugly clothes. I returned them promptly and they DO NOT refund. I had to pay shipping 3 days later still waiting on my refund though I have a delivery confirmation. Do NOT buy here at all. Worst company, poor ethics and terribly clothes. I am a size 4 they sent something between a size 8 bottom and size 2 waist just retarded design. If you want elephant hips this is the place.

The ordering process was very simple, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size by mistake, but support responded fairly quickly. I’m still waiting for the problem to be resolved at this time.
Horrible prices way to high for the bad quality. Return process is really long and dreadfull and you do not get a full refund you have to pay for refund fee which are expensive if you live in europe. Customer service ir horrible
