Ordered two outfits 7/14/2026. Delivered 7/31/2026. App would not accept an exchange or return due to sizes too small and the skirt ordered is defective with not even one leg capable let alone two for a skirt. Emailed 8/8/2026 because there is no customer service number only a support email. No response. Now out 130 + cost for new outfits for the intended event, and stuck with clothes I can not fit.

MICAS took me by surprise! I was iffy at first because I don’t like buying just any and specially nothing looking cheap but MICAs fits well, gorgeous fabric, great colors and absolutely great price! I am a size small and everything has fit true to size! I am enjoying every piece for work or play. I really enjoy and look forward to MICAS!

I was not impressed with the quality of the clothing so decided to return them. As per the return policy, I had no issue covering the cost of returns, however when there was an issue with DHL, the company showed no interest in assisting. Multiple emails later I'm still chasing, conscious that if DHL abandon the parcel, I will not get my refund. Very poor customer service.

I have been waiting for a corset that was listed as a 24 hour delivery for 5 days. The status has been in transit and supposedly with the courier for 4 days. It has an anticipated delivery of August 29. I had to purchase another item to get in time for my event. I found the same exact corset on Amazon with a 24 hour delivery that was honored. I really enjoy these items but after hearing similar stories regarding delivery delay, I am highly disappointed and cannot make this my preferred vendor for clothing.

MICAS have great variety of fashion clothes and accesories
MICAS have a very good custumer service , the variety of pieces is amazing, and very easy to shop by categories,the shipping is really fast.
The quality of my jeans is so good. The barrel design is modern and "fashion". Fits beautifully , I never wear these style before and I love them ( already bought another one fron MICAS).

Returned an item from Switzerland to your German address as per your instructions. I payed an extra 30chf for the postage.
1.5 months later I received the parcel back to my door- as apparently noone was there to receive the package!?!?
And now you're avoiding me, not addressing the issue, telling me "postage is my responsibility ". Guess what, operating a Functional Company is YOUR responsibility, and making sure you have staff to receive the parcel is also YOUR responsibility. Avoiding me and the issue is a ridiculous time wasting tactic. I will make sure NOBODY I know orders from you again. Scandal. I’ve had a really good experience with MICAS. The clothes look just like the pictures and the quality is better than I expected for the price. Everything I ordered fit well and felt comfortable. My order arrived without any problems and was nicely packed. I would definitely order from MICAS again!

This is my first time ordering from Micas and I must say, I’m not satisfied at all. I placed my order 7/30, received an email that the order was shipped within 24 hours which is awesome, but today 8/10 received an email saying there was an issue with delivery and to reach out to the carrier but there is no carrier’s name listed on the tracking. I cannot say anything about the products yet because obviously they aren’t here but, I’m hoping they make up for the shipping experience. I’m not a happy customer. The delivery date is set to 8/15. Granted, shipping does say 7-15 business days but when you spend x amount of money and receive threats of delivery issues that’s sketchy

I have been waiting a month and three weeks for my order. I will never order from Micas ever. I send emails to them and they keep telling me they are waiting on an item within my order. Each week that goes by they keep telling me a different date for the item to be restocked. This is a lie because the restocking date keep changing. When I reach out and ask where is my order they give another date that my item will be restocked. I order 15 items and only received one item. This is unacceptable and I’m highly disappointed and upset. Here is the thing that gets me why not just send the items that are ready, instead making someone wait almost 2 months for an order?

I love micas clothing
I love micas clothing great quality, variety and great customer service.
I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. I’ve been burned before by clicking on cute outfits featured in Instagram ads, only to receive items that looked nothing like the photos or were made with terrible-quality materials.
Micas COMPLETELY exceeded my expectations. Every single piece I ordered was beautiful. The quality is incredible, the prices are unbelievably reasonable for what you’re getting, and the sizing was spot on. It’s rare for an online order to get everything right, but Micas absolutely did.
I genuinely can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be ordering again!
