Pay for Express Shipping ONLY
Only pay for express shipping (don’t do the free option) and don’t ship to a smaller city or town. Every time I ship to my house outside Calgary, AB, Canada, Fashion Nova takes 3-4 weeks or they “experience an issue” and refund me. You won’t get your BOGO or 50% off deal back, either.
Love it..........
Love it........... Love
BUYER BEWARE!!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This company advertised buy one get one free and they failed to provide the 'get one free' as advertised. Sizing is wildly inconsistent and so is quality. Some items are decent, most are not. They sent a set that I didn't order in lieu of the one that I did order and listed the set ineligible for return. Customer service is non existent. There is no way to actually contact them and they don't respond to emails. They do not provide refunds, only store credit and returns are charged an additional fee via credit card and not per the return credit. Not worth doing business with.
The clothing always fit me perfectly.
