I love Yoogi's closet. The products are great, the prices are great and the service is great. The products are verified for authenticity and you can return a purchased item is not satisfied. I check their site daily :).

Excellent company, excellent customer service
I have bought items from Yoogis closet at least 10 years? Everything is always as described. I like that they use a mannequin actually showcasing the purses and clothing so you can see what something looks like. If something has a flaw, they zoom in with their camera,, and take a photo of it, listing that in the description. Plus, their item descriptions are spot on. They always tell you exactly what is included with your purchase, such as the box, the dust bag, etc. I also love the fact that you can return something within 14 days free of charge, and they are very quick about refunding the form of payment you used. Great company. They certainly seem to have their act together.

The customer service is amazing! When you call with questions, someone actually answers the phone. They listen to your questions attentively and if they don’t know the answer, they find out and actually get back to you. It is so impressive! And their prices? The best! I love, love, love my latest Yoogi's Closet purchase! I have been a customer since 2021 and am always delighted with my purchases. Their prices are reasonable and product quality is excellent.
