I had a terrible experience with this Yoogis Closet! I NEVER received the Louis Vuitton French wallet I purchased, instead I got an EMPTY Louis Vuitton Box and it was horrible! I contacted their Customer Service and even emailed them, and No response. I think this is “yoogis closet” is a scammer!

Been ordering from Yoogis for quite awhile. I love their return policy. I will say I’ve ordered a couple bags that have not been exactly as described, so pay close attention to photos. I ordered a Chanel that said “like new” but the corners had a good amount of wear. Sent it back. Ordered a limited edition neverfull bag that did not disclose the numerous pen marks. That one was a bag I really wanted, so I kept it as I felt the price was fair and I was able to clean it up fairly well. But that’s my biggest complaint- sometimes the condition does not match the description. Otherwise, I would say this is a very reliable company that has great items with great sales (when you sign up for emails). They also acquire rare items which are usually on my wish list.

A bit long from Seattle the Montreal when they could have send it to Vancouver so at least it’s in Canada faster ….
