I love the inventory and different edgy styles. I always get lots of compliments and people ask me where do I get my Items phone? I’m always hesitant to tell them lol cause I don’t want people shopping dressing like me but then I said hey I wear it the way I wear it and I looked the way I looked so it’s still gonna be different. The reason why they’re getting five stars I think for VIP it should be more private sales or incentives. I don’t shop anywhere. I used to shop. At Zara and Norstrom. But Akira gets all of my money now lol and another thing that I appreciate is that you don’t make things go on sale immediately. I was frustrated in the past because I would purchase something and that Friday it would be 20% off and you guys don’t have it where I can get the discount later once it’s purchased I will have to buy it. Return it buy it again too much work. I hope this help but I am a Akira fan!

The quality of the items that I purchased for my photoshoot 10/10 This was my first purchase from Akira and I'm in love...I already have a few things in my cart now for my next purchase.
I purchased an outfit, a top, shorts, and a jacket. When my package arrived, the packing slip listed everything correctly, but I actually received two tops instead of the top and shorts. I reached out through live chat, since there’s no way to actually speak to anyone on the phone, and the rep I spoke with was kind. She offered free overnight expedited shipping so I could get the correct outfit in time for an event I had coming up in just a couple of days. I was willing to repurchase the item to make that happen. But the order didn’t arrive on time. When I went back into the chat, I was told the order had actually gone out as standard shipping, and there was nothing they could do about it. As a consolation, they offered me twenty percent off, but even getting to that chat function is a hassle, since it’s genuinely hard to find on the site. I love this brand and think their clothing is phenomenal, but this whole experience has really put a damper on my enthusiasm for shopping with them.

This was my first time ordering from AKIRA and it will be my last. One of the items came snagged and the other piece was too big. I started the return process, but I got no response either my QR code or return label. I then reached out for a second time a week later to find out that it was already listed that returned the items when they were in fact still sitting in the box on my living room floor. I then sent another email with a return apology and a link to start a return but when I clicked on the link, it to showed that the items were returned. They still haven’t right the wrong and they are still reviewing the return even though I sent pictures showing the damaged item. How long does it take to review?!?! I get faster service with TEMU or SHIEN!!!

I’ve tried contacting Customer Service with no success regarding order # 4792026.
I need to return the boot. While I love Azalea and Akira, this boot is cheaply made. Within an hour the thong between my toe hurt horribly subsequently causing blisters. The shoe is cheaply made with ZERO give. I’m returning them and requesting a full refund.

Akira keeps everything fresh and new. They have clothing for all ages that is always unique. I’m a 58 year old educator and yes their attire is professional and I always receive so many compliments for my outfits. Most of my wardrobe represents Akira. I love jumpsuits and they always a variety for all occasions. Shoes, accessories, and formal attire deserve praise also. It’s evident I Love this store!!!

I had a good online shopping experience with Akira. Great Sale merchandise was easy to find. They gave a nice selection of clothing and accessories, even for a curvy plus sized woman like me. The clothing is beautiful and unique enough to msjee you stand out. Shipping is usually quick.
Outstanding products since AKIRA was founded!! I call them KIRA because they’re my bestie. High end quality luxury at an affordable price. Reminds me of a very special place I grew up on in NY/NJ called DAFFYS/DAFFY DANS that has since closed 🥰
