The 1st impression of my lesson today was Awesome 👌🏻 I learned a few new techniques to help me going forward. My trainer Jonathan was very patient and concise in his instructions. I felt renewed after my lesson today and look forward to gaining more skills to broaden my ability to become fear free!

I went online and saw some items I wanted but I decided to go to Akira in arundal mills a found the shoes I wanted and saved me $7.95 shipping fee. I love the associates there. They are very polite professional and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help!

Comfortable ASF!

The shoes came on time. I'm normally a size 10, but they were out of stock. Went with a size 11 because size 9 was too risky. Glad i got the 11, they fit AMAZINGLY. I'm in love with them, super comfortable, SUPER DIFFERENT. Cannot wait to wear them!!!!

I was very pleased with the quality of the shoes. Often, pictures are not the real representation of a product, and these shoes did not disappoint. Little details that distinguish the shoe from any other, like the small crystal logo on the bottom of the shoe convey the message that every detail counts. The packing and the secure boxing of the items are truly appreciated. Very happy with my first and recent purchase!

Missing rhinestones on product

The product was great. Until i found a couple rhinestones missing in front of the product. 5 missing rhinestones. And you can see it clearly when you wear it

Website is top tier. The dress came with fringe tears. Should have been checked prior to distribution. Do not like the store credit option being the only one available when you return an item in the store.

Akira Feel Me Over Size tote

I have been waiting on a Akira Feel Me Over Size tote for a while and once I finally ordered it, it was used. The plastic that it came in was taped as it had been opened and the cover protector over the lock was gone and the bag was crinkled as if someone had used it a several times. Now I am having to wait on them to reply in order to return the item. And if I reorder I will have to wait to get it. I am needing this to use for business. I wish that once they receive the return notification I could get another one expedited to me. Very disappointed

One of the dresses I order was damaged

One of the dresses I order was damaged. The return process is uncertain. I even paid for the route protection thinking that it will my return more smoothly. I’m a new customer and received a 15% promo and received free shipping because I met the minimum order. Customer service said they can’t replace so I will need to place a new order and pay for shipping and no promo. They will not honor discount or shipping even though it was their own QA issues.

This was my first order from Akira and…

This was my first order from Akira and unfortunately was not a positive one. I paid extra ($30) for next day delivery to not receive it the next day. Also, the sizing was way off! I ordered my usual size (M); however, I may have needed an XL or XXL because the zipper was probably 8" from zipping. The bottom of the jumpsuit fit perfectly; however, the top was obviously an XS. I didn't care for the material of the bottom of the jumpsuit because every time you move it makes noise (reminds me of parachute type material) And last but not least, to return, I am having to pay an additional $10.80. I should not have to pay this since I paid extra for next day service and received it 2 days which would have been $20 instead of $30. The outfit was very cute on the website/model which was why I ordered it for a fashion show. Very disappointed in the overall experience, and unfortunately will not order again from Akira.
