Luxury item with no bag or box???
I paid almost $300 for a hat. It came in a cardboard box with nothing else. I was hoping for such a pricey hat it would include a bag or Hat bag to store it in. Also, I had to pay a large amount in shipping but it still arrived after the date it said it would. For a luxury item I expect so much more. Amazon presentation and delivery so much better. Never again.
